Todd Payne Receives Distinguished Service Award

CORFAC INTERNATIONAL RECEIVES ORGANIZATION’S

DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD

Danbury, CT — (October 20, 2010) –CORFAC International today announced that Todd Payne, SIOR, president of Goodfellow-Ashmore/CORFAC International based in Danbury, CT, was named the 2010 recipient of the organization’s prestigious Charlie King Award.

The award, which is presented to recognize devoted and exceptional service to CORFAC International, was presented to Mr. Payne at the organization’s recent global conference in Amelia Island, FL.

The Charlie King Award, also referred to as CORFAC’s “Most Valuable Player” award, was established in 2003 to honor Charles B. King, Jr., SIOR, CCIM, FIPC of King Industrial Realty/CORFAC International in Atlanta. Mr. King was a founding member of CORFAC International and a guiding force in its development and growth since its inception in 1989.

Mr. Payne, the 2005 past president of CORFAC International, had a masterful role in negotiating the adoption of the present CORFAC branding program and continues to demonstrate an exemplary commitment to CORFAC through his many services including his current position as the co-chair of the CORFAC Technology Committee.

Goodfellow-Ashmore/CORFAC International is the largest and oldest commercial realty firm in northern Fairfield County and western Connecticut.
