Kate Schell joined Goodfellow Ashmore CORFAC International in 2006 as a Sales Assistant to the agents, where she learned all aspects of the Commercial Real Estate Industry and has since grown into the position of Commercial Realtor.   Kate currently works with several individual clients and is also a team member on multiple national account assignments at Goodfellow Ashmore.

Prior to joining Goodfellow Ashmore CORFAC International, Kate worked for Folia Fine Fabrics and Wallcoverings, which holds the license to manufacturer Ralph Lauren product, as an Account Manager and California Closets as a Sales Professional.

Kate is a 2000 graduate of Iona College in New Rochelle, NY where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.  She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and The Northern Fairfield County Association of Realtors.

Kate currently lives in New Milford, CT with her husband and 3 children.
