In 1987, lifetime area resident Todd Payne and grandson of founder Robert Goodfellow joined the company and became the president and owner of GOODFELLOW | Real Estate.  In 2017, the agents formerly affiliated with Goodfellow Real Estate began conducting business under the banner of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRTGOODFELLOW Group from the former Goodfellow office located at 7 Old Sherman Turnpike in Danbury. This office of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT will serve commercial real estate clients in the Connecticut and New York real estate markets.
