Garett Palmer represented both parties in a restaurant lease at 270 Federal Rd Brookfield to El Coyote Mexican restaurant.  The space consists of over 3,000 ft with a full bar and outdoor seating.  The restaurant is scheduled to open early 2012.  This is El Coyote’s second restaurant with their first located in Monroe, CT.

Goodfellow Ashmore represented both parties in a lease at 128 Federal Rd in Danbury.  The tenant is American Breeder’s pet store.  The building is across the street from Stew Leonard’s and the space consists of approximately 2100sqft.  Garett Palmer and Joe Wrinn represented the landlord.  Brian Donahue represented the tenant.  American Breeder plans to open early spring 2012.
